WHAT IS OCCUPIED HOME STAGING CONSULTATION?​

This is a strategic, in‑home consultation (up to 1 hour) where we walk every key space in your home to assess, plan, and advise how to prep your home to sell faster and for more. We give you hands‑on redesign tips for furniture placement, space planning, depersonalizing, and what to keep vs remove. You leave with a printed, actionable guide and optional follow‑up links for supplemental décor if needed.
(Note: No furnishings are included in this consultation. If you choose full staging later, this fee credits toward the staging cost.)

Because it gives you a clear, tailor‑made roadmap before investing in staging. We can see how you currently live, decide what works, what can stay, what should go—and where you might need supplemental décor. You get expert strategy without jumping all in, and you can budget and plan accordingly. Plus, if you hire us for full staging later, this consultation fee is applied to your staging invoice.

WHICH ROOMS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR CONSULTATION?

We focus on your high‑impact spaces — those buyers notice most. That includes:

• Dining room

• Main bedroom suite

• We’ll also cover other rooms at no extra charge during that visit, as time allows.

 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR OCCUPIED CONSULTATION?​

• We do not bring in furniture or décor during this session

• It’s a consultation + quick redesign (as time allows), not full staging

• Any additional furnishings or full staging services are discussed afterward and quoted separately

• For homes larger than ~5,000 sq ft, special booking arrangements may be needed

PAYMENT & COST OF OCCUPIED STAGING CONSULTATION?

You pay the consultation fee in full when you schedule. It’s non‑refundable. If you later choose to use our full staging services with our inventory, the consultation fee is credited toward your staging invoice. Any extra time beyond the initial 1 hour is billed in 15‑minute increments.​
